How It Works

Four steps from idea to airport, with one point of contact from the first enquiry to the final transfer.

  1. 01

    Choose your safari

Browse our safaris from Mombasa and Nairobi, or across Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda — or just tell us roughly what you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Send an enquiry

We value your time. Our team addresses every enquiry promptly, with a customised itinerary and an itemised quote.

  3. 03

    Confirm your booking

A deposit holds your dates, permits and accommodation. We handle park fees, lodges, transfers and internal flights from there.

  4. 04

    Travel with purpose

You are met at the airport, driven in a private 4x4 by an expert guide, and supported for the whole time you are on the road.

Kind words

What Our Travellers Say

The Red Earth Rails itinerary was perfectly judged — Tsavo's red elephants, the underwater hippo hide at Mzima, and Kilimanjaro clear behind the herds on our second morning in Amboseli. Coming back to Diani on the train instead of a long drive was the right call.

Discover The Wild Responsibly

Our approach to sustainability is simple: leave a positive impact on the land, the wildlife and the communities that make Kenya and East Africa so special. By respecting nature and supporting local efforts, we help keep East Africa alive for future generations.

  • Ecotourism firstGuided by our passion for ecotourism, conservation and sustainability, we craft experiences that honour the delicate balance between humanity and nature.
  • Eco-friendly game drivesWe reduce your carbon footprint by running game drives in eco-friendly vehicles and offering drinking water in reusable bottles rather than single-use plastic.
  • Supporting communitiesCommunity projects like the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, village market tours at Mto wa Mbu and Samburu cultural visits put your money directly into local hands.
  • Fees that fund the parksYour accommodation and park entrance fees help maintain a healthy balance in the parks and reserves. Sustainable travel makes your trip a contribution, not a cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, send it over — we answer every enquiry personally, usually the same day.

Ask Us Anything

Just about any time of year. The most popular seasons are mid-December to mid-March and August to the end of October, because of demand for Christmas, winter holidays and summer school breaks. An increasing number of visitors are realising that June and November are ideal, benefiting from lower visitor numbers. We offer some safaris with greatly reduced or no single supplements in April and May, and we may be able to offer good discounts for larger groups during that period — please contact us for details.
