Day By Day

  1. 01
    Day 1

    Arrival in Mombasa – North Coast

    Arrive at Moi International Airport, Mombasa. You will be met, greeted and transferred to your beach hotel on the North Coast. The remainder of the day is free to relax by the pool or on the beach. Dinner and overnight at Severin Sea Lodge (Standard Room) or similar.

    Day 2

    Mombasa – Tsavo East & Ngutuni Sanctuary

    After breakfast, depart your hotel and drive to Ngutuni Sanctuary, approximately 2.5–3 hours — a 10,000-acre private game sanctuary bordering Tsavo East National Park on three sides. Check in and enjoy lunch at the lodge overlooking a waterhole. Afternoon game drive inside Ngutuni followed by a rare night game drive using spotlights, an excellent chance to spot nocturnal animals such as bush babies, aardvark, porcupine, hyenas, lions and leopards. Dinner and overnight at Ngutuni Lodge. (B, L, D)

    Day 3

    Full day in Tsavo East National Park

    Early breakfast, then depart for a full-day game drive inside Tsavo East — Kenya's largest national park, known for its iconic red-dust elephants, vast open savannah, large buffalo herds, lions, cheetahs and abundant birdlife. Game drives with your private driver-guide and a picnic lunch served at a scenic viewpoint. Late afternoon return to the lodge for sundowner drinks overlooking the waterhole as animals come to drink. Dinner and overnight at Ngutuni Lodge. (B, L, D)

  4. 04
    Day 4

    Tsavo East – Mombasa or Diani Beach

    Enjoy an early morning game drive around the sanctuary with coffee and tea served in the bush. After a late breakfast, check out and depart southward toward the coast, arriving at your Mombasa or Diani Beach hotel in the early afternoon. A wide range of beach hotel extensions is available on request. (B, L)
